Established in Banuyls for several generations, the Parce family has historically produced grapes which, since 1904, have been destined for the local winemaking cooperatives.

The estate started a new page in its history when two brothers, Thierry and Marc Parce, decided to produce their own Collioure wine under the name Domaine de la Rectorie in 1984. The name of this estate refers to the eponymous Romanesque chapel whose name means presbytery.

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Domaine de la Rectorie watches over a vineyard of around thirty hectares that is planted on mostly schist-based soils. Made up of a mosaic of plots of vines that are 50 years old on average, this terroir enjoys different sun exposures and altitudes and is composed of Grenache Gris, Carignan and Grenache Blanc.
