Anne Gros, celebrated for her Grand Cru bottlings from Vosne-Romanee (Richebourg, Échezeaux, and Clos Vougeot), and Jean-Paul Tollot, from the esteemed Domaine Tollot-Beaut in Chorey-lès-Beaune, bring their combined Burgundian excellence to this southern endeavor. This visionary partnership began in 2008 when these two celebrated vignerons from Côte de Nuits acquired 14 hectares of exceptional old vineyards in Minervois, Languedoc. With vines averaging 40-80 years old, planted on limestone-clay soils at elevations up to 300 meters, they found the perfect canvas for their Burgundian sensibilities.
