It's not a blockbuster, but it offers terrific complexity and loads of up-front charm and class. It's ideal for drinking over the coming 2-3 years.

A wine with great aromatic vibrancy, driven by tropical energy with notes of passion fruit, fresh mango, jasmine, gentle spices and a smoky hint. Fresh and gourmand, without heaviness, and remarkably long.

The nose is fresh and offers fine concentration, richness, and a hint of power. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, crisp vineyard peach, and, more subtly, fresh apple, combined with delicate hints of white flowers and a discreet touch of vanilla blossom. The palate is fruity, balanced, and offers good definition, a fine juicy/tangy thread, tension, a slight crunch, lovely freshness, a graceful roundness, some substance, appealing smoothness, fine grain, elegance, and fleshy, juicy fruit. On the palate, this wine shows notes of fleshy/juicy vineyard peach and fleshy/juicy apple, and, more slightly, pear, with touches of ripe lemon and fine hints of ripe mandarin. The finish is very finely tight.
