The estate
Bisol has been one of the most renowned wine producers in the Veneto region of Italy for several centuries, at the heart of the Prosecco production area. Although the First World War brought the estate's activity to a halt, Desiderio Bisol, nicknamed Jeio by his wife, gave the family production a much-needed boost in 1920. This is how the Desiderio Jeio brand was born.
Desiderio Jeio has become a benchmark, producing Prosecco Di Valdobbiadene DOCG (Denominazione di origine controllata e garantita) renowned for their exceptional quality and elegance.
The vineyard
In constant pursuit of excellence and with particular attention to its terroir, the Desiderio Jeio estate cultivates its vineyard in Veneto using the sylvoz pruning method (a long-cane pruning technique) and the double curtain method (two canes per vine bent into an arch), in full respect of the environment and biodiversity.
