The name of the second wine, Le Dragon de Quintus, was inspired by the location of the property. Situated on the limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, Chateau Quintus reigns over a vineyard that expands over a rare and vast area of 28 hectares. A mythical animal, the Dragon symbolizes the ability to defend and protect, while sensing danger from afar. The dragon symbolizes the protector of this exceptional terroir.
