This is a delicious white wine, unfussy and gentle, with curling white flowers, soft citrus, and rising freshness through the finish.

Beautiful notes of ripe lemon, pineapple, and honeyed lime, as well as a sense of salty minerality, emerge from the 2018 Domaine De La Solitude (Pessac-Léognan) Blanc. The religious order that owns this vineyard has entrusted the winemaking to Domaine de Chevalier. The team there has produced a crisp, tight Sauvignon Blanc-dominated wine.
