The tasting
Tasted as a wine future, the Chateau Vieux Maillet 2019 displays a deep purple color. It reveals beautiful aromas on a fine nose with notes of blackcurrant, blackberries and blueberries. Upon aeration, fine spices come forth and mingle with chocolate touches. On the palate, the Chateau Vieux Maillet 2019 reveals a beautiful structure with firm tannins. The finish is crisp and fruity, stretching out on a nice length, leaving the palate to appreciate the remarkable accuracy and precision of this great Bordeaux wine, promising a great aging potential.
