Chateau Cap de Faugeres 2021 is a Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux wine that stems from a 12.32-hectare vineyard and is planted on clay-limestone soils similar to those of Saint-Emilion.
Vinification and aging
Vatting for 25 days in stainless steel vats, along with aging for 12 months.
The blend
Merlot (85%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%).
