Description
More than 250 years ago, a cave was discovered inside of the Caramel Mountains. In the 19th Century, wine growers realized that it was the ideal wine cellar. Binyamina’s “The Cave” 2013 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Binyamina’s wines are produced from the best plots of land in the Upper Galilee, Israel. The wine is aged in French oak barrels and develops more complex flavors with aging.
