The distillery
Located on the paradise island of Barbados, the Mount Gay distillery is the result of a rich history dating back to 1703. Considered one of the oldest rum distilleries in the world, Mount Gay passionately upholds an ancestral tradition, making each of its cuvées a true taste journey. Spanning hectares of fertile land, it benefits from a tropical climate that gives its rums their unrivaled uniqueness.
Production method
Mount Gay presents here a bold creation: a unique blend of rums from different crus, aged between 5 and 17 years in casks that previously held whisky, bourbon, and cognac. A method that justifies its name: XO Triple Casks.
