Originating from a lineage of winemakers in Santenay, Vincent began his journey with a modest two hectares of vineyard inherited from his parents. Over the years, his dedication to quality and innovation expanded the estate to include 22 hectares of premier and grand cru vineyards, notably in the Côte de Beaune, encompassing prestigious sites such as Le Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne.

The estate's commitment to biodynamic practices ensures that every bottle reflects the purity and complexity of its terroir. In the cellar, indigenous yeast fermentations and extended maturation on fine lees bring out the nuanced flavors and elegance that define Vincent Girardin wines. Since 2002, under the expertise of winemaker Eric Germain, the estate has continued to uphold its high standards, even as Vincent's son, Pierre Girardin, carries on the family tradition with his own venture.
