Named after the wind coming in from the west, Bodegas Poniente reigns over 16 hectares of vines and produces Sherry from three vineyards in Andalusia: San Cristobal, San Jose and El Aljibe. Poniente sherries are the fruit of the blending of exquisite criadera and solera barrels dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries.
