Le Vigne di Alice : Ose Brut Rosato

Le Vigne di Alice Ose Brut Rosato is a unique Prosecco that comes from the Veneto wine growing region in northeastern Italy. It is unique because it gets its pink color from that added Marzemino grape variety, Alice is the only producer in Prosecco zone who has dared to do this (Ose means risqué or daring in Italian). Hand harvested from sustainably grown vineyards spanning only 0.8 hectares, the Alice Ose Brut Rosato, is a blend of Glera (formerly known as Prosecco and Marzemino 10%. The average age of the vines are 40 years old grown on soils of glacial moraine origin; chalky, rocky and rich in minerals.
