The IGP Pays de l'Hérault Côtes du Brian is located in the Languedoc wine region, shared between the communes of Aigne, Siran, Olonzac, Oupia, Azillanet, Agel, Aigues-Vives, Saint-Jean-de-Minervois, Montouliers, Minerve, Beaufort, Cesseras and La Caunette. The vines benefit from a Mediterranean climate and are planted on rocky soils mixed with limestone, marl, molasse and schist. The IGP Pays de l'Hérault Côtes du Brian produces red, white and rosé wines. The Côtes de Brian reds develop fruity and spicy aromas and are deep and rounded on the palate. The whites reveal fruit fragrances combined with notes of brioche. They are full-bodied, round and fresh. Finally, the rosés from the Côtes du Brian give off red fruit scents and reveal roundness and delicateness while being very lively.
