The Cuvée du Ministre Imperial, Jacques-Pierre-Charles Abbatucci is a Vin de France that orchestrates indigenous varietals such as the Morescola, Morescono, Aleatico Carcajolo Nera, Montanaccia, Sciacarello and Nielluccio. This collection cuvée is produced since 2007. The robe of this confidential wine (2,000 bottles) shows ruby hues through a black cherry colour. The nose expresses powerful notes of acidulous red fruits (currant and blackcurrant). The palate displays a delicate wood, with a hint of light smoke on very elegant tannins. Ministre Imperial, Jacques-Pierre-Charles Abbatucci 2012 is a Corsican wine boasting a great mineral freshness: a recurrent signature in these wines. We appreciate the long persistence of a great complexity.
