Wine Advocate-Parker :
The 2016 La Croix de Gay has a refined bouquet with black and red fruit, truffle and subtle violet scents, gaining intensity all the time in the glass. I admire the purity here. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, well judged acidity, very linear and precise with a crisp and tensile, quite saline finish. This is a great La Croix de Gay and given its modest price, this should be an attractive proposition once released.
