The Chateau La Croix de Gay is a red wine produced in the Pomerol appellation. The vineyard is 3.7 hectares and they vines grow in Gunz and Mindel gravel. The aging is done in barrels (60% new and 40% old) for an average of 18 months. The Chateau La Croix de Gay 2016 is made from a blend of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc.

The 2016 La Croix de Gay is medium to deep garnet-purple colored with a nose of black and red cherries, mulberries, herbs and earth with a waft of tobacco. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is lively with firm, grainy tannins and cedar on the finish.
