The estate
Established on the viticultural landscape of Veneto in Italy since 1542, the Bisol family passionately perpetuates the art of Prosecco, which has been passed down from generation to generation. The Bisol estate overlooks an exceptional vineyard located on the steep hills of Conegliano and on the prestigious terroir, Cartizze.
The vineyard
The Bisol family’s vineyards are selected for the exceptional quality of their plots, which enjoy a rare terroir. The sandy nature of the soil, as well as constant ventilation and humidity, allow the grapes to gently ripen and reach an optimal phenolic phase. Crede Brut 2020 is produced in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. appellation, at the top of the Italian appellation hierarchy.
The wine
The term "crede" refers to the clay that makes up the majority of the terroir where the vines, dedicated to the Bisol Estate Crede Brut, are planted. This very old terroir was previously covered by the sea.
