Made from a blend of Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan, the Chateau Musar is smooth, aromatic and a beautiful example of an aged wine. The power and freshness have not been lost – prominent notes of ripe berry, stewed stone fruit and cedar are present. The palate has a good length with balance of acid and tannins. Expect more tertiary flavors coupled with fruit on a wine with age.
