The brand
Founded in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, in 1885, Sarti has been part of Italy's rich aperitivo heritage for over a century. Renowned for its innovative liqueurs, the distillery gained widespread recognition throughout the 20th century before joining the Campari Group in 1995. In 2022, the brand entered a new chapter with the launch of Sarti Rosa, a modern expression that pays tribute to Casa Sarti's spirit of creativity, reinvention, and Italian conviviality.
Production
Sarti Rosa is crafted from a neutral grain spirit distilled from European cereals before being infused with a vibrant blend of blood orange, mango, and passion fruit juices. The liqueur is then balanced with sugar and citric acid, filtered through cellulose, diluted to its final 14% ABV, and finished with citrus oils and natural colourings. The result is a vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free aperitivo bursting with fresh fruit character.
