It is with this philosophy that much of their energy goes into the vines and tending to the vineyards. Located in the Helderberg Ward with the near by Helderberg Mountains and False Bay, the growing conditions are optimal. Seeing this potential the Saager family quickly established the cellar as well as modernized the existing vineyards.
