Chateau Certan de May traces its origins to Scotland, when a Scottish large family came to settle in the Pomerol area in the 16th century. Since 1925, the Bar family has owned the 5 hectare property that is planted with 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernets. The resulting appellation Pomerol wine is powerful, well-structured and very expressive, with inviting truffle aromas. Chateau Certan de May is made for long aging.
