What are the Pre-Arrivals?
Millesima USA is a branch of Millesima SA, the 5th largest buyer of Bordeaux classified growths since 1983, serving over 68,000 private customers around the world.
We source all of our wines directly from the estates and store them in perfect conditions in our cellars in Bordeaux, guaranteeing perfect provenance to our customers worldwide.
By opening our Bordeaux cellars to the public, we offer unparalleled access to a library of 2.5 million bottles of wine representing all the most sought-after vintages and formats of Bordeaux’s finest.
These wines are labelled as “Pre-Arrivals” on our website and necessitate a 3 to 6 month arrival period once purchased.
When your “Pre-Arrival” order arrives at our store, you will be contacted to schedule shipping or opt for in-store pickup at our NYC location.

How does it work?
As our Pre-Arrivals are warehoused in our Bordeaux cellar, shipment for these wines may take an estimated 3-6 months from the date of purchase due to the transit process.
Payment is collected upon placement of the order and reflect the final price of the wine. Because your shipping information may change during the waiting period, we do not charge any shipping or any applicable sales tax until the wine is ready for delivery.
All wines shipped via UPS or FedEx must be repackaged in industry standard shippers to insure safe and optimal conditions during transit. As such, these wines cannot be shipped inside their original wood cases. However, we would be happy to ship the OWC separately for an additional shipping fee.
Pre-Arrival orders that are picked up in-store or hand delivered within Manhattan will remain in their OWC.
