Chateau Branaire-Ducru produces their Second Wine from a combination of young vines with vines from a portion of their vineyard. The 2012 Duluc de Branaire-Ducru is 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot, as well as 1% Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
This vintage reveals expressive and delicate fruit scents. The palate is supple and offers certain charm, well-built balance and structure: enjoyable now or in the next ten years.
