Description
A vibrant and expressive Pinot Noir with finesse and charm
The estate
Cloudline Cellars, based in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, has quietly earned a reputation for producing elegant, fruit-driven Pinot Noir that overdelivers in both quality and value. Since its debut, Cloudline has become one of Oregon’s most recognized and respected Pinot Noir brands.
The vineyard
Sourced exclusively from low-yielding vineyards in the Willamette Valley—including 25% from the renowned Roserock Vineyard—Cloudline Pinot Noir captures the purity and expression of this premier cool-climate region.
The wine
Now in its 22nd vintage, Cloudline Pinot Noir continues to showcase the accessible, yet layered style that has become its signature. Crafted to be enjoyed young, it’s bottled in eco-glass and reflects both the environmental care and winemaking precision behind the label.
The vintage
The 2023 growing season began with a late budbreak on April 30, followed by an unexpected heat surge and low rainfall, compressing early vine development. The fruit ripened evenly, and harvest concluded by October 5, delivering grapes of excellent quality with fresh acidity and vibrant fruit character.

Tasting
Color
The 2023 Cloudline Pinot Noir pours a clear, youthful ruby red.
Nose
Aromatically expressive, it bursts with notes of ripe raspberry, red cherry, and strawberry, lifted by delicate floral hints and a whisper of spice.
Palate
On the palate, the wine is silky and smooth, with a round mouthfeel and bright acidity. Red berry flavors dominate, with subtle layers of earth and spice adding depth. The finish is fresh, supple, and refined, inviting immediate enjoyment while offering short-term aging potential.
