This ambitious cru, superbly situated on the Fronsac knoll, is overseen by the brilliant Jean-Luc Thunevin (Château Valandraud). Its 2005 is a promising success: an elegant, deep, and flavorful wine with refined tannins and great, profound volume.

Deep, intense purple color. Clean nose, very fruity, refined, ripe. A beautiful, fleshy attack on the palate, unfolding over a rich structure. This wine skillfully combines the energy imparted by limestone with excellent substance. Lovely, tannic length.
