Jean-Paul and Nancy Bignon took over Domaine Saint-Andrieu in 2003. They are also the owners of Chateau Talbot, a Grand Cru Classe estate located in the Saint-Julien appellation in the heart of the Medoc in the Bordeaux region.

Domaine Sant-Andrieu is perched high in the hinterlands in the foothills of the Alps near the small village of Correns, near Brignoles, in the Provence region. It is located in pristine nature surrounded by majestic landscapes that is far away from urban pollution. After their arrival, the new owners began an ambitious program to renovate and restructure the estate. The Domaine Saint-Andrieu has entered a new era with modern facilities, which include a winery (thermoregulation and stainless steel tanks) and cellars for ageing. The Domaine Sant-Andrieu has returned to its former glory.

Due to its exceptional location, the Domaine Saint-Andrieu vineyard has a microclimate particular to a continental climate and benefits from numerous water sources for the vines, especially from Saint-Andrieu that reaches 380 meters above sea level. The vineyards cover a total surface area of 30 hectares. To the south on clay-limestone slopes, there is a 16-hectare block that allow for the production of Cotes de Provence wines. In the north, there is the Saint-Andrieu Oratory in Coteaux Varoix en Provence which covers 15 hectares of vines growing in deep clay-limestone terroir that is cooler and more windy.

Domaine Saint-Andrieu’s philosophy is based on values that respect nature in order to offer the most beautiful expression of the terroir. Since June 2017, Domaine Saint-Andrieu has had its HVE (High Environmental Value) certification. It follows strict regulations regarding the respect of biodiversity, pest management, fertilization and irrigation.

The Domaine Saint-Andrieu produces a complete range of red, white and rosé wines in the most emblematic appellations of the region: Cotes de Provence AOC and Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC.

Grapes that are used in the production of white wines and rosés are harvested at night to preserve the aromatic freshness of the grape varieties. The Domaine Saint-Andrieu grape varieties are traditional Provencal varieties. Rolle is for white wines, and Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault are for red and rosé wines.

Fruity freshness and beautiful acidity characterize the white and rosé wines. A “Rhone” style marks the red wines with violet, blackberry and spicy notes, and it is subtly highlighted with silky tannins to give the mouthfeel finesse. Offering excellent value for money, Domaine Saint-Andrieu wines are among the wines that cannot be missed from Cotes de Provence AOC and Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC.
