The Perle Grand Cru Blanc des Blancs of Lilbert-Fils is a stunning example of the potential of the Cote des Blancs. Made exclusively from Chardonnay, this wine has a production of fewer than 200 cases per release. The grapes are sourced from old vines in the Libert-Fils Grand Cru vineyard sites. These vines give a deep, rich minerality to the final Champagne. The final wine is subtle and delicate, with a remarkable elegance and harmony. A joy to drink on its own, it also is a delightful pairing to a wide range of dishes.
