The Ace of Spades Rosé Champagne was first produced in 2008, along with the Blanc de Blancs Silver cuvée. This rosé champagne is made from a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. On the nose, it offers a gorgeous red fruit bouquet of Morello cherries and a touch of spice. The palate is silky, with nice vinosity and freshness.
