Description
Silver Oak Cellars Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied, complex and richly fruited wine. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon harvested from several vineyards throughout the Alexander Valley, it is aged in 100% American oak 50% new and 50% once used. Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet is aged for approximately two years in barrel and a little over one year in bottle before release. Lush and structured at the same time, the wine is accessible young, but should age well for many years.
