The Pacherhof Sylvaner Valle Isarco comes from Alto Adige from vineyards which line the Isarco Valley, very close to the Austrian border. Made from 100% Sylvaner, a grape originally from Germany, the Pacherhof Sylvaner Valle Isarco is handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lees takes place in steel tanks and barrels for 8 months. The Pacherhof Sylvaner is a brilliant straw yellow color, with fresh aromas of tropical fruit and mineral notes of pertrol and smoke. Full bodied and elegant, enjoy with appetizers, asparagus, grilled fish or snails.
