The Noble Hill Mourvedre Rose made a statement six years ago. Mourvedre typically thrives in hot climates, this allows for quick growth and production in the Noble Hill vineyards of South Africa. The estate decided to remove every other row of vines in their small parcel. Vines had more space and a better opportunity for growth and development. The Noble Hill Mourvedre Rose has a pale salmon color with flavors of strawberries, blackberries, and rose water. The refreshingly crisp finish makes this wine a great pairing partner with Braai (Afrikaans for "barbeque" or "grill").
