Chateau Minuty’ flagship wine, the M de Minuty 2017 comes from the A.O.P Cotes de Provence and offers the freshness and sweetness expected from a rosé.
Chateau Minuty, a Provence Classified Growth since 1955, enjoys an ideal location with the vineyards on the slopes between the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, which overlook the Bay of Pampelonne Bay in the Var department in Provence.
The M de Minuty 2017 is apleasurable wine in which each of the grape varieties in the blend express the typicality of their terroir. Grenache brings aromatic harmony while Cinsault gives yellow and dried fruit aromas, reminiscent of almond, apricot and peach. The Syrah then adds freshness that beautifully highlights the finish. This bright and balanced Cotes de Provence rosé can be a part of any festive summer event, whether it is to start off meals as an aperitif or enjoyed throughout entire dining moments.
