Description
Domaine Jacques Carillon history dates back to the 17th century, when Jehan Carillon decided to plant vines in Puligny village, in Burgundy. The property has since remained in the Carillon family. Domaine Jacques Carillon offers us a particularly successful 2020 village. Everything is there with a very open nose on white fruits mixed with subtle woody notes. The palate shows an unprecedented mineral creaminess, a Puligny sure value as we love them!
