Cartizze 2015 from Bisol: A full and balanced Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze D.O.C.G
Cartizze from Bisol is a sparkling produced from Glera (prosecco) grown in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze appellation. Planted at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. The vines are planted on soil composed of friable stone and a firm and rocky sub-soil.
Bisol's Cartizze 2015 has a beautiful pale straw color. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet of wild flowers and fruit (apples, pears, peaches). Savory in the mouth, it is a full, balanced and refined wine. There are light notes of tasty and intense fruit.
