Description
Terroir Único is a line of wines by Zorzal designed to present the unique terroir of the Gualtallary and Tupungato volcano through different grape varieties. These wines see no oak and are done completely in stainless steel and concrete. The Zorzal Terroir Único Malbec is all harvested by hand before going through a winemaking process free of pumps, and instead reliant upon gravity to move the grapes and juice from stage to stage in the four level state of the art winery. The Zorzal Terroir Único Malbec is ruby in color with some light violet tinges near the rim. The fresh and complex nose is super mineral with notes of chalk and violets. The wine is full in body, yet elegant in its presentation of pure red fruits. The tannin structure of this wine gives it the potential to age for five or more years.
