Description
The Azienda Agricola Zanoni Valpolicella is made from a blend of 70% Corvina with the remaining 30% divided between Rondinella and Corvinone - traditional grapes for the production of Valpolicella. The grapes are crushed and the wine fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks before being transferred to used oak vats to age before bottling, when the wine will rest another five months prior to release. A medium-light bodied red wine with flavors and aromas of bright fruits and hints of floral notes and spices, Zanoni Valpolicella will pair well with a vareity of dishes with meat sauces, vegetables, and even fish.
