Cool climate sites allow for long ripening, bright acidity, and lower than average alcohol in a wine bursting with flavor. The Wind Gap Sonoma Coast Syrah shows peppery aromas and cured meats in the nose classic Syrah elements while the lean, muscular palate show red berries, spices, pepper, and dark floral tones.
