Description
The Venica & Venica Ronca del Cero Sauvignon Blanc is named for the hill which was purchased by Daniele and became the foundation of the family estate. It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in seven different vineyards which are all hand-harvested and vinified separately before blending. All fermentations for Venica & Venica Ronca del Cero Sauvignon Blanc are carried out in stainless steel. The Venica family believes that by combining the wines made from fruits in different vineyards in careful blends, they are able to achieve greater complexity.
