Description
The Tenuta dei Sette Cieli µYantra' is hand harvested from hillside vineyards in southern Tuscany , with soils made up of black slate, granite rock and clay. Completely organic, the Yantra is fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and then transferred to French oak barrels for nine months of aging. Composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, the Yantra is soft, plush and easy drinking. Aromas of blueberry, spice and leather jump from the glass. Sweet blackberry fills the palate yielding to a subtle spice note that lingers throughout the finish. A moderately priced Super Tuscan delivering superb quality at this price point, enjoy with veal shank and hearty soups.
