Description
The Jigsaw Pinot Noir is produced by Ransom in order to convey a sense of the general terroir of the Willamette Valley as opposed to the individual vineyards from which the wines under the Ransom label are produced. The Jigsaw Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in six vineyards throughout the Willamette Valley. The wine is femented without the addition of yeasts, using only those which are naturally present and aged for eight months before bottling. A juicy, accessible style of Pinot Noir that captures the fruit and spice notes profile of the Willamette Valley. Approximately 3,000 cases produced.
