Third Classified Growth Chateau Palmer’s 55 hectares of vineyards reflect the original Médoc trilogy: equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot complemented by a touch of Petit Verdot. One of the most beautiful symbols of Bordeaux’s vineyards, Chateau Palmer’s name is derived from the English General Palmer, a former owner, a has a long, prestigious history written over the course of two centuries. The chateau’s gravel terroir gives the wine a powerful and voluptuous character with incredible finesse and an extraordinary bouquet of aromas.
