Description
A blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourloulenc, the grapes are harvested at maturity and aged on the lees in vats for a 2 to 4 months. Meant to be drunk young, this wine omits a bold nose of white fruits, peach blossom and aniseed. On the palate, the attack is fresh, suave and mineral driven. A medium plus finish with persistency, this wine can be enjoyed with a variety of foods, including roasted chicken or salmon with a cream sauce.
