Description
The Louis and Catherine Bienommee Chablis is sourced from a small plot of 25 year old Chardonnay vines called “Vaudat” in Villy. The Vaudat vineyard is composed of Kimmeridgian soils with small calcerous stones, with a desirable eastern exposition. Hand harvested, and stainless steel fermented, the Louis and Catherine Bienommee Chablis is lightly filtered and fined before being bottled. The Bienommee has fresh aromas of white pears, lemon, and green apples. The palate shows medium weight and body balanced by a vibrant acidity, ending with a mouthwatering finish.
