The fruit for this wine is sourced from twelve different parcels through the Wairau Valley and Awatere Valley. An intensely aromatic wine with pure and concentrated flavors of guava and stone fruit. The lively citrus acidity on the Kato Sauvignon Blanc keeps the wine fresh and crisp through the finish.
