The Ha Sod 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon shows notes of black currant and plums. This jammy wine is rich in flavor, showing pepper, mocha, and butterscotch against the dark berry fruit. The Kosher certification for this wine comes from the Orthodox Union, as evident by the symbol of the letter "U" inside the letter "O" on the label. The Ha Sod Cabernet Sauvignon is produced in a manner that makes it Mevushal. To achieve this, the wine is flash pasteurized. This process and the Mevushal stamp assure that the wine can be served by those outside of the Jewish faith, making it a great choice for catered events. The Ha Sod Cabernet Sauvignon is also Kosher for Passover.
