Who is Millesima USA, LLC?
Millesima USA LLC opened in 2006, with the mission of becoming a destination retailer which provides consumers with expertly selected fine wines, authoritative content,
and a seamless shopping experience.
Millésima, S.A. was founded in 1983 in Bordeaux by Patrick Bernard and, thanks to its expertise and reliability, has become Europe's leading fine wine mail order merchant.
Millésima published its first catalogue of 100 of Bordeaux's greatest wines, the Grands Crus Classés, in 1988.
Patrick Bernard's aim has always been to bring some of the world's
greatest wines to wine lovers.from suitably licensed US suppliers and are stored under temperature-controlled conditions.
Millesima USA LLC is a legally constituted and appropriately licensed US company managed by an expert staff of American professionals who understand and respect your high expectations for service and selection.

What is Your “Refunds, Returns & Exchanges” Policy?
You must inform Millesima USA LLC within 48 hours in writing via fax or e-mail if merchandise is damaged or missing after checking your order upon delivery and noting the damaged or missing products on the delivery invoice.
Failure to provide such documentation will render the request invalid. Upon notification, Millesima USA LLC will send you replacement merchandise provided it is still available and instock, or credit you in full for the sales price (exclusive of shipping and handling charges) of items which are no longer available.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Millesima USA LLC will,however, ship replacement wines, if any, to you without charge."
With the exception of damaged or missing merchandise subject to the terms described above, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.
Once the wine has been shipped, the sale is final. Please take note of the terms for 'futures' explained below.
An order for wines sold as 'futures' for delivery at a future date must be paid at the time of order by a deposit equal to the full value of the merchandise. Customers should be aware that some states may prohibit or restrict such 'futures' sales. Following processing of a 'futures' order and receipt of deposit, a pro forma invoice will be mailed to the customer's billing address. This invoice together with proof of payment will guarantee ownership of the wines.
Once the invoice has been mailed and the deposit has been received, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Additional 'futures' wines may be ordered, but they will be invoicedand must be paid separately.
When the wines are ready for delivery, the customer will be contacted by Millesima USA LLC to confirm delivery arrangements and to advise of the sales tax and shipping charges, if any, which apply at that time.
In the event that any wines ordered as 'futures' by a customer are unavailable at the time of delivery, Millesima USA LLC will refund the full value of any and all such 'futures' wines as originally invoicedto the customer.

What Information Is Collected and How Is It Collected?
When you purchase merchandise through the Website, you may be asked to complete one or more online forms asking for some information relevant to your purchase.
We collect some or all of the following types of information:
- Your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address(s), telephone numbers and credit card information, including credit card number, expiration date and card identification number.
