"The 2011 Pedro Ximenez Casa Del Inca is a young sweet Pedro Ximenez from sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes from Montilla-Moriles sourced from the Perez Barquero winery. It displays a dark mahogany color and an explosive nose of raisins, sugar cane, dates, candied oranges and spices (curry and clove). The palate shows a very dense wine, sweet but fresh wine (it has around 420 grams of sugar!), showing some noble oxidation. It feels a little older than it is. Drink 2013-2020."
