Domaine Dussort

A small estate located in Meursault, Domaine Dussort pursues a high quality regime of hand picking and immediate pressing to avoid any oxidation of the fruit. The initial fermentation starts in tank and finishes in barrel. The wine is racked only once, before the next harvest.
