Château La Tour de Mons

Cluster

tour de mons

A property dating from the 13th century, La Tour de Mons was purchased by investors in 1995, and they undertook a substantial renovation of the chais and installed new drainage in the vineyards.

Plantings are 48% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 6% Cabernet Franc.

The chateau produces a highly reliable example of the elegant, fragrant style (called la tradition margalaise in French) that has given Margaux its reputation.
