2007 1er Cru Classe from Sauternes
The Chateau Rabaud-Promis is established on one of the most complex terroirs of the Sauternes appellation. This 2007 is a blend of Semillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle.
Very pure fresh fruit notes are released on the palate. Pear, apricot, mango, or even damson aromas can also be felt, enhanced by spring honey and slightly stewed exotic fruit flavours.
